We love the game. We love everything about it - the smell of the cold ice first thing in the morning, the sound a blade makes cutting through it, the ping of the puck hitting the post. This passion drives everything we do at Eastern Virginia Hockey Club.

EVHC began with a dream—a big dream. Our vision is to make a significant impact on the Hampton Roads hockey community by nurturing talent and fostering a love for the game. We aim to do big things and create a legacy of excellence in hockey development.
Meet the Owners
The Green family originally moved to eastern Virginia in 2005. Aaron, a former hockey player, trained in California, Minnesota, and Kentucky. After joining the Navy, Aaron remained active in the hockey community through beer leagues and coaching youth hockey. Kim is a former gymnast and springboard/platform diver with a life long passion for sports. Her background is deep in college and professional athletics and information technology.
As their kids grew and their zip codes changed, they were always able to find a club to join. Opportunities and experiences varied from elite training to grassroots efforts. When they found their way back to Virginia, they found a fantastic community and wanted to contribute. EVHC is the result of years of experience and a desire to make a difference in the local hockey culture. They strive to serve the hockey community. They…LIVE COLD.
