Aaron Green
A USA Hockey-certified coach and NASM-CPT (pending) trainer, Aaron brings years of playing, coaching, and player development experience across California, Mississippi, and Hampton Roads. He specializes in developing players through skill-building, hockey IQ, confidence, and a competitive edge.
Aaron currently coaches with the Hampton Roads Warriors and Hampton Roads Whalers House League while continuing his service in the U.S. Navy.
Director of Player Development
Amy Rille
Coach Amy Rille brings a unique blend of figure skating precision and hockey-focused intensity to player development. A competitive figure skater from New Jersey, Amy has been developing skaters in Virginia Beach since 1991.
A USA Hockey Level 4 certified coach with over eight years in the Hampton Roads Warriors system, she specializes in the science of the stride—helping players improve edge work, balance, acceleration, and agility.
Power Skating
Coach Sean brings a lifetime of hockey experience, starting at age five and competing at the national level in inline hockey through TORHS, NARCh, and USA Hockey programs. He earned multiple championships, MVP honors, national medals, and represented USA Hockey inline teams.
Sean continued playing ice hockey locally before transitioning into coaching with the Hampton Roads Warriors, working with 12U, 14U, and 16U players. He also contributed countless hours to Learn to Skate and Learn to Play programs.
Coach Sean focuses on building skills, confidence, and a lifelong passion for the game.

Coach Brian Chmiel brings over 20 years of hockey experience to EVHC. Growing up in upstate New York, he played travel hockey with the Saratoga Blue Knights before continuing his career throughout Hampton Roads.
With years of playing experience and multiple captain roles, Brian brings a strong understanding of teamwork, leadership, and the competitive mindset needed to help players grow.
